Michigan High School Basketball - Marian holds off Arbor Prep
January 14, 2025: Ypsilanti, MI 48197 The Marian Mustangs basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Arbor Prep Gators to 45 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they host St. Mary's Prep for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. Marian will confront a Eaglets team coming off a 48-46 non-league win over Mercy (Farmington Hills, MI). The Eaglets record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Arbor Prep falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Edison Academy (Detroit, MI) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. The Pioneers go into the game with a record of 10-3.
