Michigan High School Basketball - Arbor Prep routed by Edison Academy
January 16, 2025: Detroit, MI 48207 Edison Academy Pioneers (Detroit, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Arbor Prep Gators (Ypsilanti, MI), 58-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Edison Academy upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Pioneers host Voyageur Academy (Detroit, MI) to face the Cougar in a non-league match on Friday, January 17. The Cougar enter the match with a record of 4-6. Voyageur Academy lost 43-24 in their recent league match against University Prep (Detroit, MI)
The Gators now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walled Lake Northern for a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. Arbor Prep will face a Knights squad coming off a 47-40 non-league win over East Lansing (East Lansing, MI). The Knights record now stands at 7-3.
