With the victory, Childress advances its record to 8-18 on the year. The Bobcats host Tulia (Tulia, TX) to meet the Hornets in a 3A Region I District 1 match on Friday, January 17. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 2-16. Tulia lost 93-25 in their recent league match against Canadian (Canadian, TX)
The Wildcats now own a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bushland for a 3A Region I District 1 match on Friday, January 17. River Road will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 51-38 league loss to Dalhart (Dalhart, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 12-13.
