January 14, 2025: Meridian, ID 83646 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the New Plymouth Pilgrims (New Plymouth, ID) and the host The Ambrose School Archers (Meridian, ID), observed New Plymouth's basketball team overwhelm The Ambrose School by a score of 65-33.
The Pilgrims (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Marsing (Marsing, ID). The Huskies come into the 3A Snake River Valley challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Marsing was routed by Parma (Parma, ID), 57-15, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Archers encounter the Nampa Christian Trojans (Nampa, ID) in a 3A Snake River Valley challenge, on Thursday, January 16. The Ambrose School will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 23-18 league loss to Melba (Melba, ID).
