Illinois High School Basketball - Resurrection triumphant over Niles West
January 14, 2025: Chicago, IL 60631 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Resurrection Bandits (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL), observed Resurrection's basketball team overwhelm Niles West by a score of 44-19.
The Bandits (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Laurence (Burbank, IL). The Vikings come into the Girls Catholic - White challenge with a 6-14 record. In their last challenge, St. Laurence was routed by St. Francis (Wheaton, IL), 61-58, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolves battle the Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL) in a Central Suburban - North challenge, on Friday, January 17. Niles West will attempt to improve on its 5-15 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 60-46 non-league win over ITW David Speer Academy (Chicago, IL).
