Indiana High School Basketball - Washington knocks off Princeton

The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Washington Hatchets (Washington, IN) and the host Princeton Tigers (Princeton, IN), observed Washington's basketball team overcome Princeton by a margin of 45-35.

The Hatchets (16-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Evansville North (Evansville, IN). The Huskies come into the non-league challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, Evansville North defeated Jasper (Jasper, IN), 46-40, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Wood Memorial Trojans (Oakland City, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 16. Princeton will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 81-40 league loss to South Knox (Vincennes, IN).
