Virginia High School Basketball - Page County holds off Rappahannock County
January 14, 2025: Washington, VA 22747 The Page County Panthers basketball team scored 33 points and limited the host Rappahannock County to 32 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Strasburg for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. Page County will confront a Rams team coming off a 32-17 non-league win over Stonewall Jackson (Quicksburg, VA). The Rams record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Rappahannock County falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The travel to Clarke County (Berryville, VA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 8-0. Clarke County won 39-18 in their recent league game against Luray (Luray, VA)
