Washington High School Basketball - Oak Harbor routed by Burlington-Edison
January 14, 2025: Burlington, WA 98233 Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Oak Harbor Wildcats (Oak Harbor, WA), 62-33 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Burlington-Edison advances its record to 9-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Lynden (Lynden, WA) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Friday, January 17. The Lions enter the match with a record of 10-0. Lynden won 67-21 in their recent non-league match against Sehome (Bellingham, WA)
The Wildcats now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Meridian for a non-league match on Thursday, January 16. Oak Harbor will face a Trojans squad coming off a 62-54 non-league loss to Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-5.
