Washington High School Basketball - Highline defeats Evergreen
January 14, 2025: Burien, WA 98148 The Highline Pirates (Burien, WA) basketball were winner over the visiting Evergreen Wolverines (Seattle, WA), 60-45 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Franklin Pierce for a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. Highline will play a Cardinals team coming off a 61-48 non-league win over Washington (Tacoma, WA). The Cardinals record now stands at 9-0.
With the loss, Evergreen falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Foster (Tukwila, WA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, January 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Foster won 79-70 in their recent non-league bout against Inglemoor (Kenmore, WA)
