The Huntley Red Raiders basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Metea Valley Mustangs to 62 in the Red Raiders non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Red Raiders now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Francis for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 15. Huntley will battle a Spartans team coming off a 48-33 league win over Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 9-3.

The Mustangs (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL). The Steelmen enter the non-league contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, Joliet Central was nudged by Lake Park (Roselle, IL), 41-39, in a non-league contest.
