The Peoria Lions topped the host Morton Potters basketball team by a final score of 41-32 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Lions face the Canton Little Giants (Canton, IL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 18. Peoria will attempt to move on its 15-3 season record. The Little Giants enter the game with a 7-9 record after their 41-31 league loss to Metamora (Metamora, IL).

The Potters now own a 16-3 record. They play next when they travel to Galesburg for a non-league test on Saturday, January 22.
