The Newport Grizzlies basketball team (Newport, WA), was overwhelmed 57-26 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Riverside Rams (Chattaroy, WA)

The Rams now possess a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwest Christian School for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 18. Riverside will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 35-33 non-league win over Asotin (Asotin, WA). The Crusaders record now stands at 10-10.
