January 15, 2024: Jeffersonville, GA 31044 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Windsor Academy Knights (Macon, GA) and the host Twiggs Academy Trojans (Jeffersonville, GA), saw Windsor Academy's basketball squad wallop Twiggs Academy by a tally of 85-43.
With the victory, Windsor Academy improves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Central Fellowship Christian Academy (Macon, GA) to confront the Lancers in a GIAA AA Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Central Fellowship Christian Academy won 80-74 in their recent non-league challenge against First Preparatory Christian Academy (Hinesville, GA)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders (Lyons, GA) in a GIAA A Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Twiggs Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 59-46 non-league loss to Bulloch Academy (Statesboro, GA).
