January 15, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87109 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Alamo Navajo Cougars (Magdalena, NM) and the host Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy Eagle (Albuquerque, NM), saw Alamo Navajo's basketball squad wallop Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy by a tally of 43-20.
With the victory, Alamo Navajo improves its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Cougars host Carrizozo (Carrizozo, NM) to confront the Grizzlies in a A District 3 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 4-8. Carrizozo lost 51-36 in their recent league challenge against Mountainair (Mountainair, NM)
Next up, the Eagle confront the Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. Evangel Christian Academy/Oak Grove Classical Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record.
