In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders basketball team scored a good 50-34 triumph over the Utica Chieftains.

The Crusaders (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Romeo (Romeo, MI). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 2-8 record.
