North Carolina High School Basketball - A.L. Brown overwhelmed by Lake Norman

January 15, 2025: Kannapolis, NC 28083

In Wednesday's league test, the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) basketball squad trounced the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), by a score of 73-16.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro test, on Thursday, January 16. Lake Norman will attempt to improve on its 12-1 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 5-9 record after their 61-37 league win over A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC).

The Wonders (4-10) will now prepare for their test against South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Vikings come into the 4A Greater Metro test with a 4-11 record. In their last test, South Iredell bounced Mooresville (Mooresville, NC), 48-44, in a league test.
