The Broad Run Spartans defeated the visiting Loudoun Valley Vikings basketball squad by a final score of 57-40 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Spartans clash with the Loudoun County Captains (Leesburg, VA) in a Catoctin outing, on Friday, January 17. Broad Run will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Captains come into the outing with a 6-6 record after their 68-2 league win over Park View (Sterling, VA).

The Vikings (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Heritage (Leesburg, VA). The Pride come into the Dulles outing with a 10-3 record. In their last outing, Heritage overcame Dominion (Sterling, VA), 54-12, in a league outing.
