California High School Basketball - Las Lomas bested by San Leandro
January 15, 2025: San Leandro, CA 94577 San Leandro Pirates (San Leandro, CA) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA), 32-20 in a non-league match.
With the victory, San Leandro advances its record to 6-6 on the year. The Pirates host Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA) to face the Trojans in a match on Thursday, January 16. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 10-1. Castro Valley won 35-22 in their recent league match against Alameda (Alameda, CA)
The Knights now own a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Campolindo for a match on Friday, January 17. Las Lomas will face a Cougars squad coming off a 37-24 non-league win over College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 8-4.
