January 15, 2025: Duncan, SC 29334 The Dorman Cavaliers basketball team scored 39 points and limited the host James F. Byrnes Rebels to 31 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cavaliers now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Eastside for a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. Dorman will confront a Eagles team coming off a 40-38 non-league loss to Woodmont (Piedmont, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, James F. Byrnes falls to 9-2 on the campaign. The Rebels host Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 2-2. Boiling Springs lost 40-36 in their recent non-league game against Riverside (Greer, SC)
