Washington High School Basketball - Mount Si can't hold off Kentridge
January 16, 2023: Kent, WA 98031 The Kentridge Chargers basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Mount Si Wildcats to 55 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Chargers now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tahoma for a 3A/4A North Puget Sound contest on Tuesday, January 17. Kentridge will battle a Bears team coming off a 54-38 non-league win over Sumner (Sumner, WA). The Bears record now stands at 10-3.
The Wildcats (13-2) will now prepare for their contest against North Creek (Bothell, WA). The Jaguars enter the 4A KingCo contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, North Creek was nudged by Kamiak (Mukilteo, WA), 78-70, in a non-league contest.
