January 16, 2023: Mitchell, SD 57301 The Mitchell Christian Golden Eagles (Mitchell, SD) basketball felled the visiting Menno Wolves (Menno, SD), 44-29 in Monday's non-league test.
The Golden Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Tripp-Delmont/Armour (Armour, SD). The Nighthawks go into the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Tripp-Delmont/Armour thwarted Bon Homme (Tyndall, SD), 62-46, in a non-league test.
The Wolves now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Ethan for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. Menno will encounter a Rustlers squad coming off a 66-53 non-league win over Wagner (Wagner, SD). The Rustlers record now stands at 7-1.
