South Dakota High School Basketball - Mitchell Christian ripped by Freeman Academy/Marion
December 9, 2022: Freeman, SD The Freeman Academy/Marion basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Mitchell Christian Golden Eagles to 37 in the non-league triumph on Friday.
The now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Centerville for a B Region 4 contest on Tuesday, December 13. Freeman Academy/Marion will meet a Tornadoes team coming off a 63-54 non-league loss to Canistota (Canistota, SD). The Tornadoes record now stands at 0-1.
The Golden Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary (Dell Rapids, SD). The Cardinals enter the B Region 3 contest with a 0-0 record.
