Georgia High School Basketball - Piedmont Academy beaten by Windsor Academy

In Monday's non-league match, the host Windsor Academy Knights basketball team scored a good 60-51 triumph over the Piedmont Academy Cougars.

In their next game, the Knights face the Central Fellowship Christian Academy Lancers (Macon, GA) in a GIAA AA Region 6 match, on Tuesday, January 17. Windsor Academy will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Lancers enter the match with a 14-0 record after their 92-67 non-league win over First Preparatory Christian Academy (Hinesville, GA).

With the defeat, Piedmont Academy moves to 2-11 on the year. The Cougars host Briarwood Academy (Warrenton, GA) to face the Buccaneers in a non-league match on Friday, January 20. The Buccaneers enter the match with a record of 7-8. Briarwood Academy lost 67-57 in their recent non-league match against Thomas Jefferson Academy (Louisville, GA)
