Iowa High School Basketball - George-Little Rock overwhelms Adrian/Ellsworth
January 16, 2024: George, IA 51237 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the George-Little Rock Mustangs (George, IA) and the visiting Adrian/Ellsworth Dragons (Adrian, MN), saw George-Little Rock's basketball squad wallop Adrian/Ellsworth by a tally of 89-46.
The Mustangs (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Hinton (Hinton, IA). The Blackhawks go into the non-league test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, Hinton was trounced by River Valley (Correctionville, IA), 70-66, in a non-league test.
The Dragons now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Murray County Central for a A Section 3 test on Thursday, January 18.
