Ohio High School Basketball - Clinton-Massie holds off Batavia
January 16, 2024: Clarksville, OH 45113 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Clinton-Massie Falcons (Clarksville, OH) and the visiting Batavia Bulldogs (Batavia, OH), saw Clinton-Massie's basketball squad hold off Batavia by a tally of 65-62.
With the victory, Clinton-Massie improves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Western Brown (Mt. Orab, OH) to confront the Broncos in a Southern Buckeye - American challenge on Friday, January 19. The Broncos come into the challenge with a record of 4-8. Western Brown won 68-57 in their recent league challenge against New Richmond (New Richmond, OH)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Norwood Indians (Norwood, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Batavia will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 51-42 non-league loss to Spencer Center (Cincinnati, OH).
