California High School Basketball - Bloomington nips Fontana
January 16, 2024: Fontana, CA 92335 Bloomington Bruins (Bloomington, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Fontana Steelers (Fontana, CA), 53-52 in a league bout.
With the win, Bloomington upgrades its record to 12-11 on the season. The Bruins host Rim of the World (Lake Arrowhead, CA) to play the Fighting Scots in a San Andreas bout on Thursday, January 18. The Fighting Scots go into the bout with a record of 6-11. Rim of the World lost 64-63 in their recent league bout against Kaiser (Fontana, CA)
Next up, the Steelers play the Grand Terrace Titans (Grand Terrace, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 18. Fontana will attempt to upgrade on its 15-5 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 13-11 record after their 87-60 league win over Eisenhower (Rialto, CA).
