Alabama High School Basketball - Daleville topped by New Brockton
January 16, 2024: New Brockton, AL 36351 The New Brockton Gamecocks basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Daleville Warhawks to 55 in the Gamecocks league victory on Tuesday.
The Gamecocks now sport a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Opp for a 3A Area 4 contest on Friday, January 19. New Brockton will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 54-44 league loss to Pike County (Brundidge, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-17.
The Warhawks (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Pike County (Brundidge, AL). The Bulldogs come into the 3A Area 4 contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Pike County prevailed over Opp (Opp, AL), 54-44, in a league contest.
