The Western Warriors (Las Vegas, NV) basketball nipped the visiting Del Sol Dragons (Las Vegas, NV), 73-69 in Tuesday's league test.

The Warriors (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Chaparral (Las Vegas, NV). The Cowboys go into the 4A Sky test with a 5-13 record. In their last test, Chaparral was tipped by Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV), 59-48, in a league test.

The Dragons now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 17. Del Sol will encounter a Pirate squad coming off a 59-57 league loss to Pahrump Valley (Pahrump, NV). The Pirate record now stands at 6-7.
