Iowa High School Basketball - Hinton can't hold off Kingsley-Pierson
January 16, 2024: Hinton, IA 51024 The Kingsley-Pierson Panthers basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Hinton Blackhawks to 66 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawton-Bronson for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 18. Kingsley-Pierson will battle a Eagles team coming off a 66-33 league loss to Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute (Mapleton, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-5.
The Blackhawks (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against George-Little Rock (George, IA). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, George-Little Rock edged Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN), 89-46, in a non-league contest.
