With the victory, Wayland improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Thornapple Kellogg (Middleville, MI) to play the Trojans in a Ottawa-Kent - Gold challenge on Friday, January 19. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Thornapple Kellogg lost 56-35 in their recent league challenge against South Christian (Grand Rapids, MI)
Next up, the Knights play the Forest Hills Eastern Hawks (Ada, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Gold challenge, on Friday, January 19. Kenowa Hills will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 0-10 record after their 65-39 league loss to Catholic Central (Grand Rapids, MI).
