Georgia High School Basketball - KIPP Atlanta Collegiate routs Carver

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors basketball team scored a big 72-36 win over the Carver Panthers.

The Warriors (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Innocents Episcopal (Atlanta, GA). The Golden Bears come into the AA Region 5 contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Holy Innocents Episcopal was trounced by St. Joseph (Santa Maria, CA), 61-57, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Washington Bulldogs (Atlanta, GA) in a AA Region 5 contest, on Friday, January 17. Carver will attempt to better on its 3-12 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 2-13 record after their 62-56 league loss to Hapeville Charter (Atlanta, GA).
