January 16, 2025: Douglasville, GA 30135 Cherokee Christian Warriors (Woodstock, GA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Harvester Christian Academy Hawks (Douglasville, GA), 71-42 in a league match.
With the victory, Cherokee Christian advances its record to 4-9 on the year. The Warriors host Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA) to face the Paladins in a GAPPS - I-AA Region 1 match on Friday, January 17. The Paladins enter the match with a record of 10-3. Pinecrest Academy won 62-55 in their recent league match against Johnson Ferry Christian Academy (Marietta, GA)
The Hawks now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Creekside Christian Academy for a non-league match on Thursday, January 23.
