Washington High School Basketball - Cusick bests Selkirk
January 16, 2025: Cusick, WA 99119 The Cusick Panthers basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Selkirk Rangers to 60 in the Panthers league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now possess a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Republic for a 1B Northeast game on Saturday, January 18. Cusick will play a Tigers team coming off a 72-28 league win over Curlew (Curlew, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 9-6.
With the loss, Selkirk falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Rangers host Northport (Northport, WA) to play the Mustangs in a 1B Northeast contest on Saturday, January 18. The Mustangs go into the contest with a record of 10-3. Northport won 73-30 in their recent league contest against Mary Walker (Springdale, WA)
