The Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA) basketball were winner over the visiting Delano Tigers (Delano, CA), 56-37 in Thursday's league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Kennedy for a South Sequoia bout on Tuesday, January 21. Taft will play a Thunderbirds team coming off a 44-34 non-league win over Kings Christian (Lemoore, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, Delano falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Kennedy (Delano, CA) to play the Thunderbirds in a South Sequoia bout on Thursday, January 23. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 6-9.
