With the victory, St. Anthony's advances its record to 12-2 on the year. The Friars travel to Central (Providence, RI) to meet the Knights in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 18. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 7-2. Central won 68-38 in their recent league battle against Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI)

The Firebirds now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Trinity for a Catholic Nassau Suffolk battle on Friday, January 24.
