Maine High School Basketball - Spruce Mountain routs Lisbon
January 16, 2025: Lisbon Falls, ME 04252 In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Spruce Mountain Phoenix basketball team scored a big 84-27 triumph over the Lisbon Greyhounds.
The Phoenix (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Leavitt (Turner, ME). The Hornets go into the B South contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Leavitt smashed Mount View (Thorndike, ME), 44-43, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Greyhounds battle the Mount Abram Roadrunners (Strong, ME) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Lisbon will attempt to better on its 1-12 season record. The Roadrunners go into the contest with a 12-1 record after their 66-47 league win over Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME).
