Louisiana High School Basketball - Mamou defeats Teurlings Catholic
January 16, 2025: Mamou, LA 70554 The Mamou Demons (Mamou, LA) basketball were winner over the visiting Teurlings Catholic Rebels (Lafayette, LA), 61-46 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Demons now possess a 20-7 record. They play next when they travel to Evans for a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. Mamou will play a Eagles team coming off a 111-24 non-league loss to Negreet (Negreet, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-26.
With the loss, Teurlings Catholic falls to 18-10 on the campaign. The Rebels host Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 18. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Archbishop Rummel lost 53-46 in their recent non-league bout against Central (Baton Rouge, LA)
