Marquez Gladiators (Huntington Park, CA) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Torres Toros (Los Angeles, CA), 82-26 in a league match.

With the victory, Marquez advances its record to 9-7 on the year. The Gladiators host Paramount (Paramount, CA) to face the Pirates in a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 3-17. Paramount lost 65-40 in their recent league match against Downey (Downey, CA)
