With the victory, Manila upgrades its record to 15-5 on the year. The Lions host Harrisburg (Harrisburg, AR) to face the Hornets in a 3A Region 3 match on Monday, January 20. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 12-6. Harrisburg lost 49-46 in their recent league match against Newport (Newport, AR)
The Bobcats now sport a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hoxie for a 3A Region 3 match on Monday, January 20. Walnut Ridge will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 67-18 non-league loss to Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-13.
