The Unatego Spartans basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Unadilla Valley Storm to 35 in the Spartans league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they host Stamford Central for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22. Unatego will confront a Indians team coming off a 37-30 non-league loss to Charlotte Valley (Davenport, NY). The Indians record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Unadilla Valley falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Storm travel to Delaware Academy (Delhi, NY) to confront the Bulldogs in a Section 4 Midstate game on Friday, January 24.
