Iowa High School Basketball - Unity Christian overwhelms Western Christian
January 16, 2025: Orange City, IA 51041 The Unity Christian Knights basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Western Christian Wolfpack to 41 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Knights now have a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Boyden-Hull for a Siouxland game on Friday, January 17. Unity Christian will confront a Comets team coming off a 47-43 non-league loss to Trinity Christian (Hull, IA). The Comets record now stands at 0-12.
With the loss, Western Christian falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host St. Mary's (Remsen, IA) to confront the Hawks in a non-league game on Monday, January 20. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 6-6. St. Mary's won 54-43 in their recent non-league game against Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union (Marcus, IA)
