California High School Soccer - Rocklin nudges Whitney
January 16, 2025: Rocklin, CA 95765 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA) and the host Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA), saw Rocklin's soccer squad hold off Whitney by a count of 1-0.
The Thunder (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against St. Francis (Sacramento, CA). The Troubadours enter the battle with a 11-0 record. In their last battle, St. Francis tipped Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA), 6-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Wildcats battle the Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, January 21. Whitney will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA).
