January 16, 2025: Charlottesville, VA 22902 Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA), 58-50 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Albemarle advances its record to 10-1 on the year. The Patriots travel to Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA) to meet the Black Knights in a non-league match on Monday, January 20. The Black Knights enter the match with a record of 4-2.
The Mustangs now own a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orange County for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21.
