The West Florence Knights topped the host Conway Tigers basketball team by a final score of 55-39 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Knights face the South Florence Bruins (Florence, SC) in a AAAA Region VI game, on Friday, January 20. West Florence will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record.
