The Cerro Gordo/Bement Broncos basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Arcola Purple Riders to 39 in the Broncos league victory on Tuesday.

The Broncos now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chrisman for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 19. Cerro Gordo/Bement will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 57-56 non-league win over Martinsville (Martinsville, IL). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-12.
