Brea Olinda Wildcats (Brea, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA), 77-73 in a league bout.

With the victory, Brea Olinda upgrades its record to 9-14 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Foothill (Santa Ana, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20.
