Illinois High School Basketball - Cisne tops Red Hill
January 17, 2023: Cisne, IL 62823 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Cisne Runnin' Lions (Cisne, IL) and the visiting Red Hill Salukis (Bridgeport, IL), saw Cisne's basketball squad knock off Red Hill by a tally of 74-55.
With the victory, Cisne improves its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Runnin' Lions host Lawrenceville (Lawrenceville, IL) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 17-4. Lawrenceville lost 59-42 in their recent league challenge against Robinson (Robinson, IL)
Next up, the Salukis play the Wayne City Indians (Wayne City, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 18. Red Hill will attempt to improve on its 2-18 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 64-58 non-league loss to Waltonville (Waltonville, IL).
