Kuemper Knights (Carroll, IA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Clarinda Cardinals (Clarinda, IA), 63-44 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Kuemper upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Creston (Creston, IA) to play the Panthers in a Hawkeye Ten bout on Friday, January 20. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 8-4. Creston won 62-33 in their recent league bout against Shenandoah (Shenandoah, IA)
