Iowa High School Basketball - Shenandoah overwhelmed by Creston
January 17, 2023: Shenandoah, IA 51601 The Creston Panthers basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Shenandoah Mustangs to 33 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kuemper for a Hawkeye Ten contest on Friday, January 20. Creston will battle a Knights team coming off a 63-44 non-league win over Clarinda (Clarinda, IA). The Knights record now stands at 11-3.
The Mustangs (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA). The Titans enter the Hawkeye Ten contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Lewis Central was routed by Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA), 70-58, in a league contest.
