East Dayton Christian (Dayton, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Jefferson Township Broncos (Dayton, OH), 46-39 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, East Dayton Christian upgrades its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The travel to DePaul Cristo Rey (Cincinnati, OH) to play the in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The come into the bout with a record of 7-7. DePaul Cristo Rey lost 56-52 in their recent non-league bout against Assumption Academy (Walton, KY)
